Dr Shamila Josephs
I have worked within a variety of NHS clinical services since 2000. Most of my career has been spent working in Bromley, Lewisham and Southwark where I have gained experience of working with a wide range of clients using different therapeutic approaches. I specialise in CBT-oriented therapy and as a Clinical Psychologist I am also trained in psychodynamic, systemic and attachment approaches, which I will draw on depending on the client’s needs.

I have experience of working in NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and NHS Paediatric Services. This has led me to develop particular skills in working with children, adolescents and their families to address a range of emotional, behavioural and relationship problems.

I have also worked in several adult psychology services providing one-to-one therapy for adults experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties.

The therapeutic relationship is at the centre of my practice and I always aim to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their difficulties, gain more understanding and develop healthier ways of coping.

Dr Angela Campbell
I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years’ experience working in various roles within the NHS. I enjoy working with both individuals and families, providing a supportive space to navigate and overcome a wide range of psychological difficulties.

I mainly use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework in my clinical work. However, I draw on other therapeutic models such as systemic, narrative, mentalisation and functional behavioural analysis where appropriate. My therapeutic approach emphasizes collaboration with you, to facilitate beneficial change in your life. This involves tailoring the sessions to fit your unique needs.

Within the NHS I have worked with diverse problems across all age ranges from children to older adults. I have provided one-to-one therapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties in an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Service (IAPT) and an Older Adult Service. I have also spent a number of years working in a mainstream Child and Adolescent Service (CAMHS) as well as a Neurodevelopmental Service, where I specialised in supporting families and children with a diagnosis of Asperger’s and Autism.
